Wing Skating in Tel Aviv with Liel & Alon

We caught up with Liel & Alon (aka "Blondy") who are Wing Skating friends from Tel Aviv to ask them a bit about what they do - this is what they said..

'Liel'..

My name is Liel Moallem and I'm from Tel Aviv Israel, I surf, skate, skimboard and windsurf... I have been wingskating for about a year now.

I only tried wingskating on concrete so can't say much about snow and dirt which I'm sure will be sick once you get the right set up.

And as far as conditions go from 15 knots it starts being fun and effortless.

Wingskating a carver will be much more aggressive and forgiving while wingskating with a longboard you'll be more balanced but find it harder to turn, I like both.

I use mostly Gopro With a telescope long mount so I can get inside the wing pov.

I definitely recommend trying wingskating for anyone with wind surfing prior experience.

I would definitely love to see this sport grow but I have to say that with pricing being so expensive for equipment it's hard for people to go in to the sport, we have to lower the cost.
